Pros
The company environment is great, and the interior design is beautiful.
There is a large refrigerator in the common area, and the food can be enjoyed without limit.
You receive a small gift at the end of the interview—it’s very thoughtful.
Cons
The interview is quite long, so you need to set aside 1.5–2 hours.
There is a test before the interview, which is quite tiring.
