Beautiful work environment

1. The benefits are nowhere near as good as the job bank claims. In the year and a half I worked there, there was never a department gathering.

2. The head office requires you to take badminton classes, but you have to pay for them yourself and figure out how to get there and get home (the locations are all extremely remote).

3. There are few opportunities for salary increases within the department, and the increases are extremely small.

4. If work is scheduled for a holiday, you have to work on the holiday to finish it. Basically, there are no holidays left at the beginning of the month.

5. Among colleagues, people only care about whether they have successfully ingratiated themselves with the manager, so they have no sense of responsibility for completing every task.

6. Capable employees are overworked.

7. I once faced a situation where the entire department was nearly wiped out (only two of six people remained). The manager simply did not care. As long as the work was assigned, it was expected to be completed, regardless of how heavy your workload was.

8. Whenever something happens, they say they will help report it, but they never actually do.

9. Occasionally, filling out a questionnaire gets you a day off (possibly to manipulate reviews or something like that).

10. During the brand outlook survey, employees were also required to indicate that the company was a happy workplace.

11. The company provides dental checkup benefits, but requires us to leave a five-star review and write several hundred words about our experience.

12. If you bought a product from the company, they will never allow you to return it.
