Pros
Goal-oriented, with plenty of room to make use of my abilities.
My colleagues are quite easy to get along with, unlike at my previous company, where there was constant infighting.
You can manage your own workload density; personally, I think it’s quite good.
Cons
You need to manage your time well because the manager only asks about results.
