I’m very skeptical of this policy, which seems mostly to be empty talk—glamorizing the client side to recruit more people. Is it really a new Ponzi scheme, and can it truly attract talent?
You can’t make even the slightest mistake. Once you make one more than once, you may face dismissal. When you send out a distress signal, no one pays attention. There is no chance or room to catch your breath.
Even if you just use your phone briefly to look something up, someone will suddenly appear and keep lecturing you over and over and over.
Sometimes when you want to take leave, you may not even be able to find someone to cover for you, so you can’t take it.
If you take leave directly, it may even be treated as a deficiency. If a location’s operating conditions are poor, you may be forcibly transferred elsewhere, which is extremely frustrating—it’s basically like drawing a lottery ticket.
