1. Clean environment
2. Leaving work on time
1. Division of responsibilities between departments is chaotic, and people are very good at passing the buck.
2. Human resources, training, and management are all redundant positions.
3. The marketing department is effectively a general affairs department and has to do everything.
4. The sales and management units all push their work onto the marketing department.
5. The boss cannot keep things under control; each department does its own thing, depending on who has the better relationship.
6. Plans cannot keep up with changes, and changes cannot keep up with one sentence from the boss.
7. The boss is very slow themselves, but you are not allowed to be slow.
8. The office has a library-like atmosphere; you can hear a mosquito buzzing.
9. Continuing from the above, departments do not communicate with one another, and their information and progress are out of sync.
10. There is no opportunity to apply your expertise, and nothing professional to learn.
11. Eating meals on time; suitable for coasting toward retirement.
12. Suitable for loners.
