Only the appearance is fairly decent.

An arrogant HR person who seemed to have absolutely no professional ability. The conversation felt like going around in circles, and the whole thing was torture. The interview with the top-level executive was even more bizarre—I couldn't tell whether I was there to have my fortune told or consult a spiritual medium. At one moment they asked for my ID number, and the next my phone number; this was deemed bad and that was deemed unacceptable, followed by questions about what would happen if I didn't make changes and so on. By the end of the conversation, I was completely bewildered. From time to time, I was also belittled and looked down on by this self-important woman, whose attitude suggested that she alone was the best and most perfect person in the world. If you really want to join this company, think twice!
