I seriously think this is ridiculous. When you join, they tell you everything is perfect and great, but after you join, none of that is true!
You really have to read the contract and everything carefully. Otherwise, under the shift system, even working 7 days a month counts as a schedule.
Whether you are a part-time worker or a full-time employee, you must read the terms carefully! Don’t be deceived!
The merchants are the same! This has happened to me multiple times! Before moving in, they give you a good location, but after you move in, they relocate you to a place with no customers! The locations originally agreed upon are all given to major brands! It’s really terrible! You also keep getting messed around at work!
