The HR department should stop polishing reviews to boost its performance metrics. Are they using an online troll army too?
The biggest cancer in this company is a certain R manager in HR.
They don't understand anything, yet they want to interfere in every department.
The people they recruit are completely unrelated to what the department needs. They hire according to their own self-righteous standards, making a complete mess of things, while still acting self-important.
The only reason they were promoted was because the boss liked them.
As long as this person is at the company, it will never find talented people—and it can't retain anyone.
