None. According to labor law standards, this doesn’t count as a benefit; it’s something that should be provided.
I’m Joseph from the systems department. The trade department at the company is terrible. When I handled a work matter with her in a strictly professional manner, she replied, “What the hell does it have to do with me?” Sorry, but I can’t put up with that. She is the worst coworker I’ve encountered so far, without a doubt. After that, I handled things myself whenever I could, and only went to “communicate” with her when I couldn’t handle them myself. Later, I went to the shared folder to verify things myself, and she actually wanted me to handle matters with her strictly professionally? First, send her an email asking about the incorrect information, and she’ll correct it. I’d have to be an idiot to handle things with you strictly professionally and then wait for you to curse at me and say, “What the hell does it have to do with me?” With such a failure at dealing with people, of course we don’t get along.
