The interview process was very relaxed and not intimidating. The manager seemed friendly and didn’t ask overly tricky questions! The interview mainly focused on explaining the job responsibilities, so I became more familiar with the work after hearing the explanation. The company mainly focuses on online marketing, and during the interview, the manager also provided more details about this aspect!
You need to have frequent contact with this area to get up to speed more easily. The company is located upstairs in a commercial building, so it’s quite high up and earthquakes would probably feel a bit scary. Other than having to spend a relatively long time taking the elevator, there weren’t many issues. The overall office environment was fairly clean~ A cleaning lady comes in to clean, which is much better than at my previous company, where employees took turns being responsible for cleaning.
There are branch offices in the north, central, and south, so more coordination is needed when communicating.
Newly hired sales staff undergo an assessment period, so there is some pressure.
Also, the office is relatively quiet....
