There have already been two incidents of inequality this month alone.

1. An engineer was also made responsible for planning and pressured to meet performance targets—things that had nothing to do with their role. When they refused, they were pressured to leave.

2. Overtime pay for employees who work themselves to the bone for the company cannot be claimed because upper management blocks it. You can receive “concern” via LINE at any time in the middle of the night or on holidays. The people in charge do not sleep, work excessive hours without pay, and work themselves to death.
