1. Immediately after joining, I was asked to write SOPs and KPI-like materials. For a newcomer, being required to complete SOPs and KPI-like materials while still unfamiliar with the role and receiving very poor handover support was extremely unfriendly. When I asked my supervisor, they did not know anything and I had to inquire directly across departments. After I made those inquiries, they still did not believe the results, so I kept wasting time running into obstacles.
In the end, they turned around and said that I did not understand and told me to leave.
2. There are far too many levels of management, so there are not many opportunities for promotion.
3. Event and exhibition support is required.
4. They are looking for small cogs who are willing to work overtime but cannot avoid applying for overtime pay.
5. Although it is a long-established anime company, the actual colleagues do not love anime.
6. Some office supplies must be provided personally (e.g., extension cords and pen holders).
7. The office is very hot.
On the same day I was dismissed for failing to pass the probationary period, they kept pressuring me to finish writing the SOP.
It really felt like they had hired someone just to write SOPs.
