Pros

The only advantage, I suppose, is that it got someone like me, who doesn't usually like writing reviews, to come here and share my work experience with everyone.

Cons

The disadvantages are pretty much the same as what everyone else has shared! What I want to share is ─

1. The company's starting salary is low. It sounds good during the interview: it is adjusted once after the three-month probation period based on work performance, and then raises are given after an annual evaluation. In reality, there are no performance evaluation standards at all. To get a raise, you have to communicate with the boss, and it depends on whether the boss likes you. Even after getting a raise, you'll still be criticized privately for this and that.

2. The administrative manager doesn't act like a manager and likes to shift responsibility when problems arise. Anything they don't want to deal with is pushed onto team members. Even more absurdly, when the administrative team is asked to handle the small tasks that the engineering team should complete each day... the manager won't stand up for team members at all and will simply make you do it! (((If you still communicate with the manager and say you don't want to do it, the manager will report it to the boss privately. The boss will call an impromptu meeting and tell you to do it during the meeting!)))

3. Speaking of reporting problems, the manager says that when you encounter a problem, you should report it privately (((whether to the boss or the manager))), because raising it in front of everyone will make them feel they are losing face.

4. The manager watches the surveillance cameras and listens in on employees' conversations at work.

5. The company has always assumed that more employees can easily be found, so it doesn't really regard employees as company assets. There are so many problems? If you want to do it, do it; if not, then don't!

6. There is no basic trust in new employees. Some engineers join without relevant experience, and the company provides no training, so engineers have no choice but to teach themselves using records left by previous senior colleagues. When the company discovers that you are looking at company records, it starts treating you with suspicion.

7. Apart from the manager, administrative staff have to do everything → in-store customer service, telephone customer service, receiving/scheduling jobs, administrative paperwork (((if the position also requires graphic design, it's truly cheap and useful))), tasks assigned by the administrative manager, cleaning the entire company (((don't expect the manager/engineers to help; if you haven't finished cleaning your assigned area that day, you have to finish it before leaving work))), and, when there aren't enough engineers, assisting with on-site property inspections, preparing inspection reports, and helping the engineers.

※ The boss and manager like to put on a show. For anyone who wants to experience palace-intrigue drama firsthand, the company is currently hiring!
