Interview: The interview is conducted by the department manager. After the self-introduction and sharing of relevant experience, the manager asks several questions, mainly focusing on work-related matters, such as possible ways to handle different cases. After actually starting the job, I found that the clients and cases you encounter really are all kinds, so the questions asked were quite reasonable.
Pros:
1. In addition to the standard three holiday bonuses and year-end bonus, there are also performance-based bonuses and occasional benefits, without needing to apply separately.
2. The snack cabinet helps satisfy cravings, and there is also coffee available. For people who really need coffee, this is a major benefit.
3. There are many opportunities to work on projects that can be carried out to a considerable scale, allowing you to gain a lot of work experience.
1. During busy periods of a project, you may need to handle related matters after work or on holidays. However, you can report overtime and receive overtime pay for this, although it can still be very tiring.
2. As mentioned above, clients come in all kinds; dealing with some of the more troublesome ones can genuinely be mentally and physically exhausting.
3. Each project is mainly handled individually, making it more difficult to have someone serve as a backup.
