The boss is very nice

A bunch of managers have no sense of responsibility or accountability. The rot starts with the managers at the source.

They only think about taking credit, and each one wants to monopolize control. Shifting blame is completely routine.

They push all mistakes onto their subordinates, while the managers themselves seem to have no idea what they are frantically busy with.

When someone needs to be found, no one can be reached. When faced with someone they do not want to communicate with, they avoid them as far as possible.

The company slogans are always just shouted out. Everyone applies different standards.

The atmosphere among employees is very disharmonious. They argue every day and push responsibility onto one another.

The managers also lack judgment and stab people in the back, deepening the rifts between employees.

After the probationary period, salaries are either not adjusted at all or increased by a pitifully small amount, yet employees are expected to take on more work and responsibility.

Some people hold several positions but are not valued, while others only talk and do nothing yet receive recognition.

The slogans shouted at the Monday morning meetings every week feel like jokes—just listen and forget about them.

The reason is that even the managers do not follow them, let alone the employees.

The managers worry that employees are too capable, so they constantly suppress them and even use various tactics to force employees to resign.

They do not deal with problems when they arise; only after discovering that the problems can no longer be contained do they ask employees to leave.

All I can say is that I have absolutely no confidence in the company’s future development.
