No advantages at all

Colleagues sow discord and can't stand seeing others do well. They aggressively poach sales behind the scenes, go around saying nasty things about people, pretend to be pitiful to gain sympathy and trick trainees into getting involved, while claiming that every mistake is the trainees' fault. They are putting on a soap opera, extremely suspicious, and treat everyone like idiots. They claim to be some kind of happy company, but they must all be inflating the figures. What a joke—truly manipulative, two-faced green-tea bitches. Leave as soon as possible and the sky will be the limit. They act high and mighty, thinking they are holy women; perhaps they should change careers and become nuns at a monastery somewhere on Earth. Constantly scolding and nagging. The sales pressure is enormous. Absolutely terrible, and they even make threats!! A company that acts according to its mood. There are still some good people, just not many at all. My entire impression has collapsed.
