I want to express how unpleasant this situation is. What do you mean by saying that hardship is part of working overtime? Anyway, I didn't like the original attitude—you need to make changes for me.

The interviewer lacked professionalism. Couldn't they even answer such a basic question as under what circumstances resources should be reclaimed? And then they put on an attitude as if to say, “This is difficult—can you do it?” as though they were giving you an opportunity and you should come and express your gratitude.

What do you mean, “You can find the job details by looking them up”? How convenient—if it had been written above, I wouldn't have asked. They knew nothing about anything, couldn't listen to what others were saying, and were probably just copying and pasting, merely trying to trick someone into filling this vacancy. The salary and performance evaluations are not transparent, and the prospects are unclear, which means there are major internal problems at the company.

This place is really just wonderful.
