As a result, the turnover rate among new hires is extremely high. Everyone is full of negative energy, while the pay does not come close to matching the pressure of the environment.

If you are not someone who particularly enjoys badmouthing others, or if you cannot tolerate people who do not even know you but can viciously talk about you behind your back as though they wanted to kill you, you may be able to stay here for a long time.
