You can leave work on time because there isn't much to do. The benefits are good.
I worked there for several months, and during that time I never knew exactly what my job responsibilities were—they were very unclear. The work I actually did was completely different from what was described during the interview, which was extremely demotivating. There was no one at work who could provide guidance; whenever I asked someone, I kept running into dead ends. Upper management kept changing its decisions and was clearly out of touch with the industry, engaging only in empty talk. Every time I was called in for a discussion, it lasted one or two hours. When I asked for work instructions, they couldn't provide any answers. It was truly a waste of my life.
