[Upon Joining the Company]

They mainly ask about your experience and responsibilities in your previous job, and how you handled problems when they arose.

They will explain the responsibilities of the position, which involves using the Tableau analytics tool and database queries to retrieve data.

Compensation is calculated based on annual salary, and they will ask about your expected annual salary.

The hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with no flexible working hours, and on-call duty is required.

Promotions and salary adjustments are based on individual performance evaluations.
