I’ve been here for three months now, and I’ve really learned a lot of skills working in the store. It feels like the company’s processes and systems are improving. I was a little worried after reading some negative reviews about others’ experiences, but I haven’t encountered any of those issues. The supervisor and colleagues are all nice, the team atmosphere is pleasant, and everyone communicates well.
The promotion system is also quite transparent; everything was explained clearly when I first joined. The company also provides training from time to time. It’s clear that the company puts a lot of effort into its products, and the shoes are genuinely comfortable and very good.
