1. The interview process is ridiculously long. Do you think they're being serious about selecting candidates? Don't be naive—it’s just a crappy job; they're simply rushing to find a scapegoat.

2. They give you an operations manual, as if you’re supposed to know how to do everything. You have to handle it all yourself.

3. They talk about teamwork, but in reality no one helps you. You have to rely entirely on yourself.

4. You can claim overtime pay or compensatory leave, but the department supervisor thinks overtime is perfectly reasonable, so you work two extra hours every day as an unpaid laborer.

5. There is no such thing as a real day off. Someone may contact you to handle things at any time, and you also have to support the company whenever needed.

6. If you don’t eat the employee meals every month (which are deducted from your pay), you’re still forced to buy food vouchers. Is this just another way to make money from employees?

7. Turnover is extremely high. The people who stay for a long time are all entrenched old-timers, so cliques are a serious problem; if someone doesn’t like you, they will target you even when you haven’t done anything wrong.

8. The computer equipment is extremely outdated, with 22-inch monitors. You’ll need to consume more lutein.
