The overall work environment has a great atmosphere. The supervisors and colleagues are all very nice and willing to help answer your questions. Here, as long as you raise an issue with your supervisor, they will generally help address it (whether it concerns your work or the work environment). Supervisors also often take the initiative to check in on employees’ well-being. If you are motivated to advance, they are also generous in providing learning and promotion opportunities, and there are opportunities to gain experience working with other brands. Basically, as long as you are ambitious, there are many diverse development opportunities at this company.
