An extremely low-standard environment that makes it impossible to command respect—truly contemptible!

The quality of both the section managers and the store employees is very poor, especially those section managers in their forties and fifties. They are like frogs in a well, completely living in their own world and having no idea how companies outside operate! After staying comfortably in the same closed environment for too long, they become arrogant, domineering, and conceited, forgetting how limited their abilities and connections really are.

Do not forget that vendors’ sales representatives, on-site staff, and logistics drivers are also consumers and your customers once they take off their work hats. Think about the way you repeatedly make things difficult for them and show your contempt, while making the vendors handle and take responsibility for everything—and privately demanding money and fees under every conceivable pretext. Do the senior managers at headquarters, sitting high above, know what these section managers are doing? RT-Mart’s behavior is truly disgraceful!
