I publicly clarify that the content previously posted contained many unverified and inaccurate statements. I sincerely apologize for the trouble my personal emotions caused my former company, and hereby make this statement.
1. Regarding my dismissal, my former company provided me with severance pay, 10 days’ pay in lieu of notice, and the certificate of involuntary separation.
2. When HR dismissed me, their attitude was very professional and courteous, and the process was handled strictly according to standard business procedures.
3. My former company had an established bonus calculation method, so I received my performance bonus in accordance with the system (actual amount received: 15,557).
4. My former company undoubtedly had its own considerations for the actual reason for my dismissal; the wording of my previous post was inappropriate.
5. The boss never warned employees not to become too close. The boss is pleased to see everyone getting along harmoniously.
6. Regarding employees sleeping during work hours, serious lateness, and similar matters, the company took appropriate action in each case.
I sincerely apologize once again to my former company for my previous rash words. I also hope that those who have read the post can better understand the full picture of the incident rather than being influenced by me. I have reflected deeply on this matter and will be more cautious in what I say in the future to avoid anything similar happening again. I am truly very sorry.
