Pros

There are no advantages to speak of.

Cons

How should I put this—if this is indeed Whoscall, the product under Gogolook.

I just want to say that the HR process is extremely slow. You have to keep proactively asking whether they still intend to schedule an interview.

After submitting your résumé, HR emails you to arrange a test. At the scheduled time, they send you the test by email.

Then they ask you to complete the answers on time and email them back.

After that, there is complete silence. You wait for a very long time, and then they suddenly email you—without even asking first—to arrange an interview for a specific date and time.

I thought, fine, the time happened to work for me anyway.

Then they suddenly said that the manager had taken unexpected leave, so the interview had to be rescheduled.

After my long holiday ended, I wondered why HR still hadn't contacted me.

I emailed to ask whether they were still interested in interviewing me.

Only then did HR reply, asking whether the following Monday would work.

I politely said that Monday really wasn't convenient and asked whether Tuesday through Friday of the same week would be possible.

And then nothing. I replied to the email immediately, but an entire week has already passed with complete silence.

I don't know how this company has the nerve to describe its benefits as being so good...

They don't even show basic respect for interview candidates. If they didn't want to proceed with the interview, they could simply have rejected me directly.

I don't understand what the point was of wasting someone else's time by making them wait.

And when all is said and done, how can they claim to be such a large and excellent company? There are plenty of companies bigger than them, so I really don't know why this company's HR is so chill.

For example, when I submitted my résumé to Google, Google's HR sent a very detailed reply the very next day and seemed genuinely serious about learning everything about me.
