The manager always wears a sour expression and only knows how to scold people. They also have no idea what is being worked on, who to communicate with, or who assigned the tasks.

The programmers have very little tolerance for mistakes. Even a minor error will get you berated for ages. They say, “I just explained that earlier.” I completed the assigned work using the method I considered most thorough, but was still humiliated. I hope they can be more understanding toward employees.

But gradually, I stopped feeling that way. When I tried to communicate with the manager about work-related bottlenecks, I was sometimes put off. The manager would even reply, “It’s easy to find someone to replace you.”

What exactly is HR doing? They just discard people and call it done. What is a hybrid project?

Also, they report the headcount inaccurately to outsiders. Even though it was clearly a two-person project, they insisted it was a 20-person project. I’d also really like to know what you think.
