2. They asked me for my class schedule and required a part-time employee to schedule shifts as fully as a full-time employee. Not to mention that I also need time to do assignments and eat.

If your company is looking for full-time employees, please do not post part-time positions on job banks. You want to hire full-time employees but do not even want to give year-end bonuses? Don't make me laugh.
