First, let me clarify that I interviewed for the amusement playground, not the baseball field or go-kart track.
1. Closing shifts may require an extra half hour of checkout, but no overtime pay is provided. A major company being this poor is no wonder it can't find people.
2. I went to interview for a job, not to perform a juggling act. Asking me to demonstrate how to lead activities is reasonable, but what was the point of questioning my vocal tone? Is that a form of discrimination??
Moreover, the hourly wage is only 168, yet I’m also expected to know how to lead activities. Does that mean the company believes there is no need to train or educate employees?
3. I was asked to take off my mask during the interview, and the interviewer photographed me without first explaining the purpose. It felt very uncomfortable.
4. When I asked the interviewer about the hiring criteria, they only gave me a vague answer. Does your company hire people based on feelings?
