Personal impression: They like to make a mountain out of a molehill and constantly change directions. The company really likes holding meetings—I suspect there are people loafing on the job there. Meetings every day, incredibly impressive, and then absolutely no efficiency whatsoever. Or they hold meetings all day, and then suddenly at night: “Urgent correction! The task has changed!” (Absolutely dumbfounded.) There is no efficiency at all. If they can’t produce results, they just keep writing reports, over and over—a vicious cycle. The turnover rate is extremely high!
