It’s clear that the office’s dimness has improved significantly compared with before; overall, it is much brighter.
Since I wasn’t hired, I didn’t get to see any other advantages.
It feels like a company with a very high employee turnover rate. I proactively submitted my résumé at the beginning of August, but I didn’t receive an interview invitation until mid-September. The interview was conducted by someone from HR and the department manager and lasted about an hour. They said that they would notify me by phone, but it was unclear whether they meant they would also notify unsuccessful candidates. In any case, I never heard from them again. I wouldn’t particularly recommend it to people who are anxious to find a job. They also really do take your photo, saying that it is so they can match the résumé to the right person when they review it later. I don’t quite understand why they don’t simply ask interviewees to bring an ID photo.
福利也有談到,對方是直接詢問你認為的福利是什麼,有三節、勞健保,提到加班費沒出聲,講到年終只說看表現,以上經驗供參考。
