Whenever a recruiter reaches out with interest and it’s time for Adecco to conduct an initial interview with the candidate, they provide a Zoom link but never turn on their camera, and then complain that the candidate isn’t lively enough. If you can’t see the other person’s face and can only see yourself, how are you supposed to be lively?

I’ve encountered two recruiters like this, one man and one woman. Why do foreign companies outsource job opportunities to them in the first place?
