A good place to retire
Cons
A listed company that doesn't even have standardized procedures or system software. All you need is the ability to manage upwards; actual work skills are completely unnecessary. Every day is spent painting grand visions and shouting slogans, and they can even accidentally miscalculate the salary they are supposed to pay. A company that feels good about itself and operates in utter chaos.
