Not much overtime; non-managerial engineers are easy to get along with; salaries are paid on time.

1. There are a lot of people with little ability who come up with terrible ideas, resulting in poor product yields and an extremely high turnover rate.

2. There are quite a few figureheads who do not do what they are supposed to, as well as slackers who do no work.

3. Capable people are suppressed and bullied; work is distributed unevenly. Some people handle everything, while others chat and joke around with nothing to do.

4. (As mentioned above) The performance evaluation system is extremely strange: even people who are not one’s direct supervisors can evaluate employees, deliberately giving people poor evaluations.
