These are the easiest colleagues to get along with that I’ve ever encountered. They’re all good people~ Very mutually supportive! What a pity... If she didn’t exist, I believe the employee turnover rate would decrease and the company would improve.
The chairwoman is extremely fierce and frequently screams abuse and throws things (the A4 shelf, desktop computer, ballpoint pens, whiteboard markers, whiteboard eraser, and paper have all been completely innocent). If you want to put forward your own ideas, you should be mentally prepared to be blasted, because to the chairwoman, all your ideas are bullshit; only what she says isn’t bullshit~ Don’t use your brain—just do as she says! That way, you can survive for a long time~ Just being honest.
Classic:
She screamed at HR, “Why is the turnover rate so high!?”
HR said nothing.
Come on~ Let me tell you: “It’s all because you scared people away with that high-pitched mouth of yours! Did you know that?” XD
