The company is located in a new office building of the Xindian District Office; the environment and facilities are both quite good.
1. An emotional boss who often speaks loudly on the phone at the company about private matters at home, has an extremely strong need for control, and requires everything to be done according to his standards.
2. Likes to watch the surveillance cameras to find out whether you are working throughout your entire shift.
3. Other than work, you cannot attend to any private matters. Personal matters such as answering calls or replying to LINE messages are not allowed.
4. His words are barbed at every turn; he berates employees as if they were children and shows them no respect.
If you can accept all of the above, then you should be able to survive at the company.
