Let's start by talking about the Information Department's former top manager.

They were called a top manager, but in reality they couldn't manage the managers of the two major groups underneath them at all—hehe.

According to other department colleagues, they often caused trouble and weren't very useful. They also talked a lot of nonsense.

Basically, they were the kind of manager who would insert several English words into every ten sentences or so to show off their English ability, eloquence, and the like.

Now let's go into more detail about one particular group in one particular department.

New hires came and went within just a few short years.

Those with ability didn't want to stay, while those without ability couldn't stay.

But honestly, with some of the incapable new hires, you really have to wonder how they got in at all??

Then again, considering their junior manager, it's actually not surprising.

Completely useless.

Half a year after I resigned, I happened to learn that the former junior manager had been transferred to another unit.

I was very happy.
