智擎數位科技股份有限公司
Pros

Other than the colleagues being nice, there really is nothing else.

Cons

I strongly urge job seekers to think twice!

1. The benefits described during the interview sound very appealing.

The working hours are only seven hours, shorter than elsewhere,

and there is supposedly additional scheduled leave you can take?

The company will make all kinds of demands for you to arrive early and occupy your break time. Supervisors may even say, just a few minutes before the end of the workday, that they want to hold a meeting—and then keep you for one or two hours before letting you leave.

Additional scheduled leave? When you actually need to use it, they put all kinds of pressure on you, saying that your performance has not met the target or that you did not come to the company to work overtime on holidays, and asking how you could think you were entitled to take that scheduled leave.

Unless you have a serious conflict with your family and genuinely do not want to go home, so you need somewhere to stay,

otherwise you will often spend more than 10 hours a day at the company.

2. When you can no longer take it and want to resign, the company’s senior executives really do change their attitude at the drop of a hat. They act one way before you resign, but once you submit your resignation, they turn against you and act as if they do not know you. They are extremely conceited, as though this were the only company in the entire world where anyone could work. They make all kinds of sarcastic, caustic remarks, sometimes even with a threatening tone. This is workplace bullying, with absolutely no respect whatsoever.

I sincerely suggest that the company replace its senior executives with people who value personal integrity and ethics and know how to respect others.

3. During the interview, they say that the turnover rate is extremely low, with only two people resigning in a year.

In reality, who knows how many people resign in a single month?

They only blame employees for leaving and never reflect on why so many people resign.

I truly urge all job seekers to exercise sound judgment during the interview.
