1. The workflow really has a lot of problems. There is no fixed process or complete set of SOPs, and even when there are, they are not actually implemented. As a result, it is very easy for mistakes to happen… Anyway, whenever something goes wrong, the junior staff are the ones who get scolded. You need to have a high level of emotional intelligence to work here.
2. The systems are very chaotic. The boss says one thing, the manager says another, and the people below do not know how to proceed. Some of the company’s work policies also change constantly, changing from one day to the next.
3. Overtime is fairly common. Overtime pay is often not provided, and there is no compensatory time off either.
