There’s so much that I honestly can’t put it all into words. There are too few people and too much work, and we often work until the middle of the night. Headquarters makes a lot of sudden demands, while the direction is chaotic. It makes you feel that they’ve completely failed in their role as a leader and only create extra trouble for each branch. A strange company with strange branches. The supervisors are useless and don’t understand or know how to do many things. All they know how to do is order those below them to handle everything. More importantly, they even expect subordinates to make decisions and conduct reviews themselves. Who takes responsibility when something goes wrong? Then, after mistakes are made, they come back and criticize everyone. Even after all the counters have been removed, the supervisors are still doing just fine. As long as they collect their high salaries and enjoy themselves, that’s all that matters. They don’t care whether their subordinates have too much work and need help, nor do they think about how to improve the company. There’s simply no progress. One department had a whole group of people leave, and in the end, they threatened people in other departments, saying they had to provide support or leave. Why don’t they think about who caused the consequences?

In short, if you want to learn something, don’t come here. It’s not relaxed enough to be a place where you can coast into retirement either. The turnover rate is extremely high. If you want to experience what an absurd company is like, come on over!
