The boss is extremely self-important and thinks he is good at everything.
He has absolutely no respect for professional expertise and will even arbitrarily change clients’ requests.
He likes to sow discord and criticize employees behind their backs.
When decisions are wrong, he shifts the blame to employees and bullies them in the workplace.
He will use various tactics to force employees to resign (especially before the Lunar New Year), humiliate them verbally, and criticize them until they feel worthless.
After working there for several years, you may genuinely develop psychological problems, even to the point of doubting yourself and your life.
The promised benefits depend on the boss’s mood; even the year-end bonus that should be provided can be reduced to just a few thousand dollars.
He pretends to be kindhearted in public, but is extremely harsh toward employees inside the company.
Employees who have struggled for the company for more than ten years are publicly humiliated and have their dignity attacked.
He may even negotiate terms to get them to resign voluntarily; if they refuse, he slanders them everywhere.
He drives them to the point where they can no longer survive and leave on their own. These tactics are practically a daily occurrence.
You need exceptionally strong mental resilience to work in this environment.
Every day, you have to endure sarcasm, verbal humiliation, and a host of baseless accusations.
You also have to bear responsibility for his own wrong decisions, along with a pile of inexplicable tasks that are not actually yours.
Incidents of this kind are everywhere.
