There are no advantages

This is a company that has absolutely no respect for job applicants.

Before the pandemic, they invited me to an interview.

Before the interview, I had to fill out basic personal information,

take a personality test,

and complete the test questions they had prepared.

It took me a full four hours.

On the day of the interview,

the hiring manager suddenly had something come up,

so they found a junior employee to conduct the interview.

In the end, they did not ask about the test questions they had prepared at all.

They only asked things that had nothing to do with programming.

For example, “Do you know SEO?”

SEO and programming have absolutely nothing to do with each other.

After that, the interviewer from HR directly asked how much I earned at my previous job.

After I answered, the HR representative immediately said, “The interview is over for today.”

The entire interview took less than 15 minutes from start to finish.

If you cannot offer the salary that people deserve,

then do not waste people’s time by inviting them to an interview.
