A small number of colleagues are nice
The supervisor has no background in the beauty industry.
They actually only managed to get blacklisted in the multinational food industry,
so they could only come to a local beauty brand.
When those at the top are crooked, those below follow suit.
That saying truly applies to this department.
The supervisor is ignorant, incompetent, and soulless.
The people beneath them follow the same example.
The supervisor shamelessly chimes in:
“I don’t know; I don’t understand.”
“He’s also a blank slate; he doesn’t understand.”
“Please help out and be patient with him.”
They even use PUA tactics on people who are doing the work:
“Can’t you help out?”
“Is this your first day at work?”
“Have you never encountered colleagues who don’t know how to do their jobs?”
They always just talk and push the work onto others.
It would be one thing if the supervisor were merely incompetent,
but the people underneath are also foolish enough to slack off along with them.
Please, if this supervisor has any conscience,
don’t let the blank slates beneath you follow you down this path.
You’ll ruin the lives of newcomers.
The company pays your salaries; surely it isn’t paying you to make friends and adopt godmothers and goddaughters, is it?
