Seriously, seriously, if I had to say, it would be ~ developing the patience needed for my next job, I guess?
After getting used to the laughably absurd management style here, you’ll think everyone at other companies is a management genius.
It also proved a classic saying:
“Don’t work for a traditional-industry family business.”
They loudly📣📣 tout their digital transformation.
But after losing money for just a year or two, they lay people off, saying they’ll completely outsource everything and hire influencers instead😂😂😂😂
Every time they make the news, it’s good news. But then you take a look at the financial statements...
Hmm… getting laid off doesn’t seem like such a bad thing after all😂😂😂😂
(But people with connections won’t be laid off, so hurry up and cozy up to the powerful and flatter them. As long as you have this skill, you can steadily climb the ladder at this company~~~~~~~)
