Honestly, I was surprised by the salary and benefits offered by Hiwin (perhaps because of my previous experience?). It was definitely worthwhile to prepare seriously for the interview.
The questionnaire is quite long and takes time to complete. It seems that considerable overtime may be required, so you should be mentally prepared for that. One question asked why the company should hire you. I mentioned some of my past experience and my expectations for future goals, which I hope to achieve at Hiwin, so overall, the interview was not difficult.
Here is a brief overview of the entire interview process:
1. It was an online interview. You need to prepare your résumé, questionnaire, academic credentials/other certificates, personal statement, and aptitude test.
2. The questionnaire contains quite a lot of questions. It covers your work expectations, work and life, views on overtime, your strengths and weaknesses, and an event that gave you the greatest sense of accomplishment or frustration.
3. There were two managers and one HR representative in the interview that day. I was not sure whether one of them was the hiring manager.
4. Self-introduction (you should prepare this in English as well), followed by questions about your previous work experience and why you left your previous job.
5. Afterward, HR briefly explained the company rules and benefits. I asked about promotions and salary increases. It seemed that these are determined based on performance evaluations. If you perform well, you may have the opportunity to be promoted early; otherwise, adjustments are reviewed annually based on performance evaluations.
I'm not really sure whether this counts as a disadvantage.

Self-introduction: Answer based on your own experience.
Views on overtime: In my previous job, I was also responsible for overseas accounts. To accommodate clients in different time zones, I often had to work overtime. I’m goal-oriented and can accommodate that.
Knowledge of the company’s products: I first went to the official website and YouTube to watch product videos. Fortunately, I was able to talk about some of them during the interview.
