Some people are just too gullible—serves them right! They brought it on themselves!
As the saying goes, one rotten apple spoils the whole barrel—there really is no better way to describe it.
You’ll find that the client’s discussion seems to be going very well, and even though your strengths are in C, HR will tell you the role focuses more on Java and QA. I really can’t figure it out.
Don’t be naive—it’s simply because there are crappy positions that nobody wants to take. They won’t send out your résumé; they’ll tell you the company is still discussing things internally, when in fact only crappy positions are left. Whether you want one is up to you.
They can’t even find the project lead, yet they restrict what people can say. Funny, right? I’m not going to hold back! Guess whether I dare say it.
Oh, right~
Also, what this company calls being customer-oriented means that whenever a client files a complaint, they immediately handle the follow-up as an urgent matter. The people assigned to the client are the ones who end up exhausted. Overtime is the norm at this company, and it’s not even clear whether you’ll get paid for it. It’s downright disgusting.
