I don't work at the headquarters of the job bank, so I don't know about the situation in other departments. At least, I've seen that the Hunter department has very good supervisors and an operations team. I'm simply sharing about the work situation in the department I worked in. It feels like you can grow quite a lot on the Hunter team, and its supervisors seem to be very understanding.

The supervisor is the biggest reason the entire team is dragged down—namely, a certain manager.

The supervisor can't use Windows, Word, PowerPoint, or similar programs. After completing a presentation at roughly an elementary-school level, he happily announces it to everyone... Basically, don't hand documents over to him either. You'd rather spend extra time handling them yourself than expect him to do what he's supposed to do properly; otherwise, you'll have to put in several times more effort to clean up after him :) Sometimes, when we walk over to find him for a meeting, we discover him looking down and sucking on candy. As long as we don't say anything, he keeps sucking on it; we've secretly watched him many times and he never noticed... I really want to ask: So, can I play Puzzle Bobble?

Then he really likes asking the assistants to do things unrelated to work.

Helping move packages, buy eye drops, buy keyboards, chairs, computers—he expects them to buy all kinds of things for him. I even heard they once had to buy garbage bags, because the supervisor would bring trash into the company to throw away = = We even got told off by the cleaning lady for doing that....

Moreover, I don't know why unsuitable employees are always forcibly kept on just because they are obedient and don't raise too many opinions or ideas, but everyone has to bear that cost together, you know? (Because it affects everyone's monthly bonuses.)

When unsuitable employees need help, those of us who are capable have to put in a lot of effort to assist them and clean up after them, but their salaries don't come out of our pockets. Anyway, there are all kinds of utterly incomprehensible messes.

There are way too many ridiculous problems. You really shouldn't join this department; there absolutely won't be reasonable working hours or promotions, and you can forget about a raise too~~~~~~~~~~~~
