In 2021, the company got through the difficulties of merging into the Taisteel Group. In May 2022, it changed its chairman! Then in July, it put on a show of complying with the government’s salary adjustment policy! Immediately afterward, in August, it maliciously laid off employees who had accompanied the company for nearly 20 years, including senior engineers and mid-level managers. They were fired, with the company claiming that operations were difficult. Yet its share price and revenue were still acceptable. Instead of having senior management share the burden by taking pay cuts to get through the crisis, they cut the people below them to reduce costs. Is this really how personnel expenses should be saved? As a result, employees inside the company became anxious and insecure. It is truly tragic!!
