Challenge your own limits
Inside information suggests that the company is currently controlling what people can say. However, rumors keep circulating, only to be denied by the company again and again.
The content is communicated only one way. To do this properly, you really need long-term vision and strategy????
To build a good relationship with clients, they set very tight or nearly impossible deadlines.
Then, if you cannot finish on time, they tell you to work overtime. If you still cannot finish despite working overtime, they deduct it from your year-end bonus.
If they are in a hurry, they may launch something even when it is incomplete, but if problems arise, they still deduct it from your year-end bonus. They then pressure you to work overtime again, in a semi-coercive manner. There are also other issues. The guidelines and so on are all just slogans; in practice, they simply do whatever they want.
HR is fake and "very" polite, emphasizing that supervisors will constantly monitor your behavior and reactions, including while you are typing.
They disappear whenever there is a problem, but come out to bask in the attention when there is nothing going on. However, the attention is now nowhere near what it used to be.
Also~ When they feel guilty about being caught doing something wrong, they keep scratching their hair—constantly, without stopping. They keep saying, "Look, this is all so difficult, QQ, so difficult, QQ." Should they just sing a song instead?
So, for those of you with the ability to think and make judgments, and with a sharp eye, memorize the Labor Standards Act. This is supposedly the ideal company??????
