Good environment, friendly colleagues

The senior management has changed countless times, always looking for talent whose education and experience appear impressive, but they are actually mediocre people who only focus on appearances and play petty games.

When they see superficial problems, they want to take a convoluted approach that consumes a great deal of time to solve them. The entire company has become a mishmash. The company’s clear strength is A, but because they do not want to bear the risks of A, they see that others are doing well with B and want to pursue both approaches at once. They then want to assign one or two people to handle it, naively believing they can achieve more with less and create a win-win situation. In the end, a promising hand is played into a complete mess.

Originally, I could still recommend it to fresh graduates as a stepping stone, but now it is difficult to say whether it still qualifies as one.
